Mixing and Mingling the SMPS Way

March 25 was a good day to be an SMPS member, as a group of marketers gathered at Dexter’s Wine Bar in Winter Park for the first monthly “Mix, Market and Mingle” happy hour event.

The crowd included brand new members along with a few long-timers, several chapter officers, a marketer from Atlanta who was visiting her firm’s local office for the week, and a handful of prospective new members who came to find out what SMPS was all about.

Conversation flowed freely as we shared ideas and talked about the challenges of working in the A/E/C industry. The event was such a success that many found it difficult to leave while good discussions were still waiting to be shared. But, there’s always next month to pick up right where we left off . . .
